Scale mode
Automatic
Pac the Man X checks the current resolution of the display and chooses a scaling factor of 2x, 3x or none. Automatic offers pixel perfect graphics. Users with non-standard resolutions will get a black frame around the game screen.
Force full screen
Pac the Man X switches the resolution of the display to 640x480, the native resolution of the game. Force Full Screen slightly blurs the graphics. Unless the display is widescreen, there is no black frame around the game screen.
Don't scale
Pac the Man X doesn't switch the resolution of the display nor scale its graphics. Don't Scale offers pixel perfect graphics. Because the game keeps its native low resolution, the game screen will look very small on large displays.
