Oh wow! I never knew the explanation. I just noticed if you ate too many dots that you can't get any more fruit. So is that why the fruits always emerge in certain areas??? Often the furthest point away from you??? Does that mean if you eat certain dots that you just can't get anymore fruits???
Wow I should have actually read up on the game before playing it, that makes alot of sense now.
Edit: Cool, I just read pacman on wiki. The original game seems slightly different however, but the basics are the same. Great, I'm happy to retire now.

hello,
thanks for the hints! i already knew some of the save places but now i know a little bit more..
but the friut thing is definitely confused. in level one, ok, you can wait for the right one and they always come up again (until you get the first one). but in the next levels this "trick" doesn't work. i'm sitting in the top line of level two and waiting for fruits now. four were already up but i hadn't take them. now i wait for more but they won't came up!? there should be at least one more but it's not. sorry, but it seems like sebi has changed the fruit thing quickly and there's no more logic behind...

no, sorry, the point is to get all the fruits you can. it's just that in level 1 i don't like playing a game if i don't start with the best possible score.
also if they do offer you a cherry in the first level it just seems like they usually do most other levels.

Yes we can, it's by far the most easy one. Unfortunatly, luck is verry important: If there is no cherry showing on this, you're missing more than 100 k pts...

I think they should offer one of each fruit on each level no matter what. I seriously think that's more fair. That puts everyone at an equal chance, and it also allows to miss or get the delicious cherry for a double score. You can't always reach the cherry anyway. I don't know why they do not offer the complete library of fruit on each level.
