I earnestly hope that McSebi will port the LodeRunner into MacOS X with upgraded graphics like Bub & Bob X!

A clone of Lode Runner? Nice idea but there's already a great version of the game, for the Mac, released in 1998. It had 3D pre-rendered graphics and the view was isometric. The game even had multiplayer. Unfortunately, the sales of the game were disappointing...

Yeah, LoderRunner was an obsession. I use to have that game on my Compaq P100 back in the 90s. I almost beat it. Got really high up on the scores and levels. Pretty cool.

Any chance of a Galaga remake or Centipede? I absolutely loved those two 80s gems.

Centipede is the property of Atari. The company is still "exploiting" the game. A version for XBox Live Arcade was recently released so it is not a good idea to make a clone. As for Galaga, there is already a great clone for the Mac called Swoop.
Maybe we should bring back Dig Dug... that was a fun game.

But Apeiron seems to be the perfect Centipede clone.

This would mean to bring back at least parts of MacDo, right? I love Dig Dug!

Yeah, Dig Dug was fun. It should be easy to develop a clone because the game is so simple. That would make another fine addition to our catalog of freeware games.

Well, I have one more suggestion, too. CRYSTAL CASTLES!!!!!!! Man, I so loved that game! I was the BOMB at that game! CRYSTAL CASTLES! I would cry if you remade that game with today's graphics. Talk about a totally unique, beautiful game with a cool little soundtrack music. I love that little bear, too.

Crystal Castles on the Atari 1040ST was the best version. I owned one of those back then. 1 meg RAM. Anyway, Crystal castles was just the total bomb! It had cool graphics for that time, and it was addictive as all get out! I'd say it's as addictive as pac-man. Crystal Castles should never be forgotten.

Crystal Castles! But with better colors and better resolution! Make it look cool! And make it look like REAL CRYSTAL! And make us a Crystal Castles with better sounds than the old 80s 4-bit stuff. I promise you the game would sell if you did it. $20 for the best Crystal Castles remake ever!

MaXiMe, where do I find Swoop? I tried downloading it at one place, but the installer was trash. I wonder where a good version of it is for download. I see that it's shareware, but I don't mind paying for Swoop.

Swoop is available here http://www.ambrosiasw.com/games/swoop/. It's not compatible with Mac OS X though. You tried to install it in Mac OS X, right?

MiXiMe, it doesn't run on my Macbook Pro. It's the old Power PC processor games. It's got a .bin extension. I tried to run it, but it won't run. Don't they make a version of Swoop that's for the new Intel Macs?

What about Rodland? I loved that game to bits (look at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m-ZE6lxjX68). Or maybe Robocod. Both games for the old Amiga 1200
